Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 0.5 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Cook tofu in oil until golden and crisp; remove from pan.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add chili paste, soy sauce, and coconut milk; simmer gently.
  4. Return tofu to pan and coat in sauce.
  5. Finish with lime juice and serve.
