Ingredients
  

  • 2 pita breads
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
  3. Slice pita bread in half to create pockets.
  4. Fill each pita with the spinach artichoke mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the pita sandwiches until golden and the cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm.

Add shredded chicken or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor variations.
