Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden.

Notes

Drain spinach extremely well for best texture.
