- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil, add beef and cook until browned.
- Mix beef with spinach, ricotta, and parmesan.
- Fill cannelloni tubes with beef and spinach mixture.
- Spread sauce in baking dish and arrange filled cannelloni.
- Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake covered at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden.
Notes
