Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 10 oz spinach cooked and drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 12 cannelloni tubes
  • 2.5 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil, add beef and cook until browned.
  2. Mix beef with spinach, ricotta, and parmesan.
  3. Fill cannelloni tubes with beef and spinach mixture.
  4. Spread sauce in baking dish and arrange filled cannelloni.
  5. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake covered at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden.

Notes

Let rest 10 minutes before serving for best texture.
