Vinaigrette
  • 0.25 cup champagne vinegar
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk together champagne vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
