- Measure cereal into a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Pour mixture over cereal and gently fold to coat.
- Combine powdered sugar, cake mix, and salt in a zip-top bag.
- Add coated cereal to bag and shake until evenly covered.
- Spread on baking sheet and let set before serving.
Notes
Heat-treat cake mix before using. Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
