- Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Spread pesto on unbuttered side and add cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Assemble sandwiches and place in skillet butter-side down.
- Cook until golden, flip, and cook until cheese melts.
Notes
Cook low and slow for best melt and crisp texture.
