Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugars.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Whisk eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  6. Bake for 50–55 minutes until done.
