Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp gochujang adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  4. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  5. Pour sauce into skillet and stir to coat beef.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Stir in green onions and remove from heat.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.

Notes

Adjust gochujang for desired spice level.
