Method
- Whisk all marinade ingredients together.
- Place steak in a dish or bag and pour marinade over it.
- Refrigerate 2–12 hours.
- Remove from fridge and rest 20–30 minutes before cooking.
- Cook steak via grill, pan-sear, or broil to desired doneness.
- Let steak rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
Marinate overnight for deepest flavor; reduce leftover marinade by boiling for a sauce.
