- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls or slice-and-bake rounds.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill dough for sharper edges. Use mini chocolate chips for best distribution.
