Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup toffee bits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour and salt, mixing until dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls or slice-and-bake rounds.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Chill dough for sharper edges. Use mini chocolate chips for best distribution.
