Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook undisturbed until golden and crisp, then stir.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in garlic and paprika and cook briefly.
  6. Adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve hot.
