- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash sweet potatoes until smooth.
- Mix sweet potatoes with sugars until combined.
- Add butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix well.
- Stir in spices and salt.
- Pour into crust and smooth top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, roast sweet potatoes instead of boiling.
