Method
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine cereal, pretzels, and nuts in large bowl.
- In saucepan, melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup; bring to boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour toffee over cereal mixture and toss until coated.
- Spread on baking sheet; bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely, break apart, and add optional chocolate or candies.
Notes
Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Great for gifting or party snacks.
