- Heat oil in a skillet and add seasoned chicken tenders.
- Sear chicken on both sides until lightly browned.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, chili paste, garlic, ginger, and water.
- Pour sauce over chicken and bring to a simmer.
- Cook until chicken is nearly done and sauce begins to reduce.
- Combine cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Add slurry to skillet and cook until sauce becomes thick and sticky.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions and serve.
