Ingredients
  

Patties
  • 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 cup lentils or black beans cooked
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Food processor (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
  2. Mix with lentils and other ingredients.
  3. Form patties.
  4. Cook patties until golden.
  5. Add cheese and assemble burgers.

Notes

Chill patties if too soft before cooking.
