Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives optional, chopped
  • 0.5 cup tortilla chips crushed

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, green onions, and olives.
  3. Chill mixture 30 minutes, then shape into a ball.
  4. Roll in crushed tortilla chips and cheese.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
