  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Cook sugar mixture to soft-ball stage.
  2. Cool undisturbed before beating.
  3. Beat until thick and pour into pan.
