  • 0.5 cup oat flour
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in oat flour and salt until thick.
  3. Add maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Chill briefly before serving if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled for thicker texture. Adjust sweetness to taste.
