- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook ground turkey until browned, breaking it apart.
- Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and spices and cook until fragrant.
- Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and broth.
- Simmer chili for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with toppings.
