  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup onion finely grated
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Combine breadcrumbs and milk; let soften.
