Fish
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 0.5 cup flour for dredging
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 tbsp capers

Method
 

  1. Season and dredge tilapia.
  2. Cook in skillet until golden.
  3. Make sauce with butter, garlic, broth, lemon, capers.
  4. Return fish and spoon sauce over.
