- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
- Season and cook shrimp briefly in olive oil. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, then add tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return shrimp and add pasta.
- Toss with pasta water as needed and finish with Parmesan.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
