- Season turkey with spices and salt.
- Sear turkey in olive oil until golden; remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
- Add rice and toast briefly.
- Pour in broth and return turkey to pot.
- Cover and simmer 18–20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Rest, fluff, garnish, and serve.
Notes
For extra spice, add chili flakes. Let rice rest before fluffing for best texture.
