  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter melted
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe ramekin.
