Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced, optional
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or place naan bread directly on oven racks for crispier results.
  2. If using raw chicken, season chicken breasts with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest, then shred or dice.
  3. Prepare vegetables by dicing cucumbers and halving cherry tomatoes. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Thinly slice red onions if using.
  4. Place naan bread on prepared baking sheet. Spread approximately 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around edges.
  5. Distribute seasoned chicken evenly across all four naan breads.
  6. Scatter diced cucumbers and halved cherry tomatoes over chicken, followed by red onion slices if using.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over each naan pizza.
  8. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over each pizza.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges of naan are golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove from oven and immediately garnish with fresh chopped dill or parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Kalamata olives or artichoke hearts. Store-bought tzatziki sauce works perfectly if you're short on time. Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
