- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or place naan bread directly on oven racks for crispier results.
- If using raw chicken, season chicken breasts with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest, then shred or dice.
- Prepare vegetables by dicing cucumbers and halving cherry tomatoes. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Thinly slice red onions if using.
- Place naan bread on prepared baking sheet. Spread approximately 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around edges.
- Distribute seasoned chicken evenly across all four naan breads.
- Scatter diced cucumbers and halved cherry tomatoes over chicken, followed by red onion slices if using.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over each naan pizza.
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over each pizza.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges of naan are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and immediately garnish with fresh chopped dill or parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Kalamata olives or artichoke hearts. Store-bought tzatziki sauce works perfectly if you're short on time. Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
