  • 3 large oranges peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups green grapes washed and dried
  • 6 kiwi fruits peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries washed and dried
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
Optional Garnish
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • honey or agave for drizzling

Equipment

  • Large serving platter
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting boards
  • Paper towels

Method

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water and pat completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Hull strawberries and cut larger ones in half lengthwise, leaving smaller berries whole.
  3. Peel oranges completely and slice into even rounds approximately quarter-inch thick.
  4. Cut fresh pineapple into uniform chunks, removing core and tough outer skin completely.
  5. Wash grapes thoroughly and remove stems, ensuring all grapes are firm and blemish-free.
  6. Peel kiwis carefully and slice into even rounds with consistent thickness.
  7. Rinse blueberries gently and remove any stems or damaged berries.
  8. Arrange fruits in rainbow order across serving platter, starting with red strawberries.
  9. Fill gaps with smaller fruits or berries to create full, abundant appearance.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately for best quality.

Notes

For best results, prepare fruits just before serving. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 4 hours. Some fruits may brown or release juices over time.
