Ingredients
  

Mac and Cheese
  • 16 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cubed
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.
  2. Add macaroni, butter, and cheeses.
  3. Whisk milks, eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over pasta.
  4. Cook on LOW 2–3 hours, stirring once.

Notes

Add extra milk if needed to loosen sauce before serving.
