Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cold cubed
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chunks

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Cream butter and sugars.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine with dry ingredients.

  7. Bake at 400°F until golden edges form.

Notes

Chilling dough is key for thick cookies. Do not overbake.
