- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-low heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
- Add noodles to skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Add reserved pasta water if needed and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust garlic to taste. Add vegetables or tofu for variation.
