- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
- Place feta block in the center and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Mash baked feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce.
- Add pasta and reserved water, toss until coated. Stir in basil and serve.
Notes
Use block feta for best texture. Add pasta water gradually to adjust sauce consistency.
