  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and sea salt.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and pecans until fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto the parchment paper to form clusters.
  6. Allow clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.

Notes

Toast pecans for deeper flavor. Add sprinkles or crushed peppermint for festive holiday clusters.
