  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans chopped, toasted optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Add dried cranberries and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate and mix to coat.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet to form clusters.
  6. Cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Toast pecans for extra flavor.
