Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
- Add dried cranberries and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate and mix to coat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet to form clusters.
- Cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Store clusters in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Toast pecans for extra flavor.
