  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and spices.
  2. Coat chicken evenly with marinade.
