Ingredients
  

Chicken & Marinade
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain full-fat
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, and spices.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly and marinate at least 2 hours.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes or grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinate up to 24 hours for deeper flavor. Do not rinse marinade before cooking.
