Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add egg whites and whisk until fully combined.
  4. Mix in baking powder and salt.
  5. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture and structure.
